SHIPPING POLICY 

All orders placed on www.lomasperfume.com will be delivered through express shipping.
On Normal Days:
Prepaid orders placed before 10:00 AM will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 10:01 AM will be processed on the next working day. Shipping is not processed on Sundays and Public Holidays. Once shipped, we will send you an email along with a shipment tracking number on your registered email ID.

1. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and the destination of your order.
  • We offer free shipping on orders over 10000 within India


2. Domestic Shipping in India

3. International Shipping outside India

Standard delivery time is 7-15 business days depending on the Pincode. In case of any questions/queries about the deliveries, email us at contact@lomasperfume.com
We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on the destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during shipping.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.
